USB PORTS - how to change drives?

All the information from my external hard drive was read and copied through F drive,

but i finally took the effort to move it to the back USB which is so much easier, but thats G drive.

Now my itunes and other programs wont find the files unless i relocate them through this drive.

Is there any possible way i can switch the drives around so the one at the back becomes F?USB PORTS - how to change drives?
