My internet is down....How long does it take Verizon to change wires in a port?

My internet has been down for over a week and Verizon keeps saying they need to change the wires in a port at their main office. Please it can't take this long to change. I mean do i have to call them every 2 hours to check the status of the change to get this done or what? This is the most incompetent company i have ever been with.My internet is down....How long does it take Verizon to change wires in a port?

if they have not provided you service for a whole week. tell them your lawyer (not me im not a lawyer) has told you you are owed your month of fees back. assuming your account is in good standing with them, they'll grant this to shut you up and keep you from running full steam to their competition.



They are not permitted to charge you for services they have failed to provide.



One week is 25% of a billing cycle. this is beyond the %26quot;oops we messed up%26quot; limit.
