Torrent Speed?

Hi, i have Azureus and im having problems with speed and ports.

First of all, occasionally when i start downloading a torrent, the icon is yellow and it says it has NAT Problems. But the thing is, that doesn't affect the speed too much. But when i change the port, it fixes the problem, the icon goes green, but the speed is unstable. One second it's 50k/s, the next it's 15k/s. Please provide in detail how to fix this problem.Torrent Speed?
try u torrent to find out if the problem is with azureus settings or of your network. then start again from there to fix the problem.



if you are using a wifi connection maybe it's because of bad singaling.
