TRIPLE CHECK, that you are typing all your information correct, and that caps lock is NOT on. if that is not the case, try reseting your PC to clear the RAM and reset the ports. If this doesn't work try reseting your router and modem. Check your windows firewall and make sure it is OFF, and that no exceptions are allowed, if you have a virus protector turn it off until you are done playing. If by now none of this has worked, open your program files and find World of warcraft, run the repair bot and let it go, check all of the boxes when it prompts. It is tuesday and sometimes the servers take a while to come back up, so give it a few hours. If it is still not working you can continue to persue the course of re-installing the game, or contacting blizzard entertainment at 1-949-955-1382

Between the hours of: 8AM ?8PM Pacific Time, Monday through Friday (excluding US holidays). Or you can create a new trial account at www.warcraft.com

If none of this works, you can put a gun to my head and shoot me, this is all that i know to do!World of Warcraft not connecting?
It's Tuesday; the site is down for maintenance. Every Tuesday they do maintenance, so it won't work for anyone. It'll come back up soon, but for now, you just have to wait.
