How do you host games in Starcraft?

I know it has somthing to do with changing ports, but please explain how to do it(how to change ports) and what ports to change to.How do you host games in Starcraft?
When you host, click create and pick your map and the game type. If no one is entering, then the game will most likely have high lat(lag). That is because of your firewall which isnt allowing traffic so close it then host.

click CREATE, or
