Every time I try to install XAMMP it says this, I don't know how to change ports and I don't have IIS runnigPort 80 or 443 (SSL) already in use! error help?
Go to Start, Run, type 'cmd' and press Enter
type in %26quot;telnet 127.0.0.1 80%26quot; and press Enter
If the screen goes blank, that means that there is a service running on your machine that's already using port 80.
Do the same Telnet command for port 443, and see if it's using it.
If the screen doesn't go blank for either one of these, then you may have to change the ports on your router. Routers commonly use ports 80 and 443 to be able to access them.
