Prov Evolution Soccer 6 - Problems with Network Game?

I'm using my PS3 to play PES6 online however whenever I got to the testing environment it says



Unable to transmit using UDP port 3658

You may need to connect directly to the internet or adjust your connection device, i.e router settings ect, Assign DMZ, port mapping, configure NAT table and other router settings to the console. Individual products may use unique terminology



Can anyone help? Someone said Ishould change ports via the router how do I do this?Prov Evolution Soccer 6 - Problems with Network Game?
you need to forward your port so the connection will be unlocked
