How do you change the https port number on your computer?

How do you change the port number %26quot;https%26quot; on your computer to allow auth.bay.livefilesotre.com to make a connection to my computer. How do you change the https port number on your computer?
Some routers will let you change the final port in the port forwarding section. For example, I have a remote Linux box, and to ssh to it (port 22), I set up a different port on the router (like 22222) for the incoming internet, and it redirects it to port 22 internally (on the LAN). This prevents hackers probing port 22 from the outside, as it is not forwarded.

I've seen some routers where you cannot do this, so it depends on the make and model.

Now that answer was for incoming, to change outgoing https, I think you just append the port to the URL https://test.com:456. However, I don't know for sure if https really allows that - you will have to test it.
