Everytime I go to view a cam, it starts out with "trying to reconnect", what could be the problem?

I've changed port settings, connection options and upgraded messenger but I still get the same result. Any ideas on how to resolve it?Everytime I go to view a cam, it starts out with %26quot;trying to reconnect%26quot;, what could be the problem?
